What does a Group Coordinator Do?
The conference is coming up and you and your friends are excited in attending! You can choose to register individually, or take advantage of extra savings when you gather 10 or more individuals together. Registering as a group is a great way for you to continue the conversation later on, and chat about all the great skills you've gained. The coordinator is responsible for recording the names, emails and any lecture pack add-ons your members may want. Check out the variety of tools we offer to help you through the process. You'll organize the payment from each of your members, and when you're all set, submit your group registration & a single payment through our online form. That's it, we'll do all the rest!

Level 1:

Group Coordinator Effort Reward
Congratulations, you've done it! Time to enjoy some free education.
Requirement: 10 - 19 Members in your Group (including you as a registered delegate)
Reward: Group Coordinator gets to choose 1 item from the reward pool above. This reward is only applicable for the coordinator.

   
Level 2:

Group Coordinator Effort Reward + Member Bonus
Spread the word and increase your group size and everyone benefits.
Requirement: 20+ Members in your Group
Reward:Group Coordinator gets to choose 2 items from the reward pool above for themselves PLUS all Members of your Group receive GOLD Learning CE Library Credit according to Country Category:

  • Category A - $25 Credit
  • Category B - $15 Credit
  • Category C&D - $10 Credit

In order to be eligible for these programs, group coordinators will need to collect payment from all individuals and send in the total amount before the group is created. Payment can be made through Credit Card, Wire Transfer or Cheque. Individual member payments are not applicable for discounts & rewards. Group coordinators are also responsible for registering their group online using our group registration page.

As breastfeeding advocates we recognize that people in these countries generally have the most need for this information and limited resources, which is why in addition to our standard registration options, this year we are offering a special registration fee for residents from countries that fall in Cat.
