GOLDen Hour: Mindfulness

Join us for our GOLD Mindfulness session with Anna Le Grange, BSc, RN, IBCLC, mindfulness teacher and author. You don't need to bring anything, but we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and finding a cozy place to sit or lie down for the best experience.
