Rosemary Gauld Memorial Scholarship - Application Description

For Contribution to the Field

Rosemary's love and desire to help mothers with every aspect of breastfeeding means she put her heart and soul into every visit she made and would often spend hours with new mothers and their babies offering support and encouragement. She had incredible patience and respect for the mothers she helped. Rosemary formed an incredible bond with some mothers, with whom many became dear friends. It was essential to her to do her very best for all mothers, and she worked conscientiously to maintain her IBCLC status. Rosemary had a thirst for knowledge and learning and was a devoted delegate at GOLD Learning Online Conferences for many years. It is in her honour that this scholarship is awarded to an individual that embodies and exemplifies these ideals through their work in furthering the Lactation field.

• One (1) year GOLD Annual Membership

• List a minimum of 3 things that they've done on a local, national or international level and explain how this work furthers the field of Lactation

• Projects they have worked on etc.

• Provide letters of recommendation from two current IBCLC in good standing
